“Chinese Whispers” is an evolving project that disseminates, in different ways, the poem “Girovago” by Giuseppe Ungaretti. The protagonist of the poem experiences a specific feeling: the inability to feel at home; he moves all the time hoping to find one but always leaves the new lands where he lives, feeling like a foreigner.
In the declination made especially for E.ART.H. “Chinese Whispers” is a stadium scarf on which is the last verse of the poem “Cerco un paese innocente” (I seek an innocent country), in Italian and Esperanto. If you decide to wear it is because you are supporting a cause, you are not alone but part of a community. “Chinese Whispers” is dedicated to all the people who have left home.

This edition is based on the principles of sustainability and sharing and was produced in collaboration with Green Pea, the world’s first Green Retail Park dedicated to the theme of respect.
