EARTH Foundation was created with the aim of making art accessible to the general public and celebrating inclusiveness, beauty and sustainability.

Our heart

The mission of EARTH Foundation is to create new ways of living art and imagine a different kind of collecting. The founding idea is based on the belief that through art it is possible to reach a deeper understanding of reality, using works as fertile ground to analyze the present and open new perspectives on the future. We believe that the encounter with art should be accessible to all, involving the widest possible public.

The heart of EARTH is an exhibition space of over one thousand square meters, dedicated to temporary exhibitions of contemporary art and photography. With a program that includes about six exhibitions per year, the objective is to propose a visual culture of high quality, enhancing the protagonists of the contemporary scene through projects curated by leading figures of the Italian and international scene.

An unconventional space

Next to this, in the heart of the Eataly market, an area open to all hosts long-term exhibitions dedicated to the presentation and sale of works of art. The three corridors, or “rays”, are dedicated to contemporary art and photography, thanks to collaborations with Italian and international galleries, and include a selection of artists under 40 selected by EARTH. Cultural mediators and digital media help the public to deepen their knowledge of the authors and artistic languages exhibited. The goal is to bring art closer to a diverse audience, giving rise to a more direct and accessible collecting.

A much wider vision

Dialogue with the public continues through workshops, seminars, talks and educational activities. The Public Program addresses the social and cultural issues of the exhibitions and involves local communities, creating moments that combine learning and recreation. Working with partners and supporters, EARTH is committed to making culture a shared and participatory experience.

HOW TO REACH US
We are located on the first floor of Eataly Verona, in the heart of the Ex Stazione Frigorifera Specializzata, in via Santa Teresa n. 12.
To reach us easily, we recommend that you enter “Eataly Verona” on Google Maps.

The building can be easily reached by train (about 10 minutes walk from Verona Porta Nuova station), by car (ample free parking is available) and by bus, thanks to the many lines that serve the area. From the historic center of the city you can walk in about 30 minutes.

We are located inside Grand Tour Italia, the Urban Adventure Park of Bologna, in via Paolo Canali n. 8.

You can reach Grand Tour Italia from the Bologna Central Station with the free shuttle service on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or by taking the TPER bus line to the stop Facoltà di Agraria or Pilastro.

Ample free parking available for visitors arriving by car.
